I weighed in Saturday at my friendly little Jenny Craig office. I was down 5 pounds! This week I focused on trusting the plan. Trusting the food. Trusting that I need to actually eat little meals. It just works for me.
My struggles this week? Drinking water. I get sidetracked, and bogged down, and sometimes I just don't want to drink another glass of anything.
This next Saturday I weigh in again. I also have a Christmas party at work tomorrow. But I've been on point. I've also started logging all my food in MyFitness Pal again (danitaylor615). 5/50 only 45 more to go.
I need to trust and do the work. Simple as that, and as hard as that. Trust.
